I develop policy on open access (research publications and data) and open science for the European Commission.Our latest achievement in this area is our policy on OA to Open Research Data in Horizon 2020, the EU's Research and Innovation funding programme:http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/h2020/grants_manual/hi/oa_pilot/h2020-hi-oa-pilot-guide_en.pdf. We are now working on open science, a concept that goes further than open access (including citizen science, open science for innovation, collaborative practices, etc).
