Lina Srivastava is the founder of CIEL | Creative Impact and Experience Lab, a cultural innovation strategy group working at the intersection of human rights, international development, and narrative design. Lina has worked on social engagement campaigns for several documentaries, including Who Is Dayani Cristal?, Inocente, The Devil Came on Horseback, and Born into Brothels. She has been a producer of interactive/VR documentary Traveling While Black and AR/graphic book Priya's Shakti. The former Executive Director of Kids with Cameras, and the Association of Video and Filmmakers, Lina is the Founder of the Transformational Change Leadership project, and has worked with social impact organizations such as UNICEF, UNESCO, the IRC, and FilmAid. She is on faculty in the Masters of Fine Arts Program in Design and Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts. Lina is a Resident of the Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Center, a Fulbright Specialist, on the US State Department’s American Film Showcase roster, a Rockwood Institute/ JustFilms Fellow, a Boehm Media Fellow, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
