Antti has expertise is in developing solutions for the open collaboration between citizens and the public sector organizations. Poikola is active and well connected in Open Data- and Cycling movements in Finland and elsewhere. He organized the first Apps for Democracy Finland contest and is the main author for the guidebook, Public data – an introduction to opening the information resources, published by the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications in 2010. Currently he is co-authoring white paper related to My Data and he is also independent consultant at HILA Open Ltd.
