CrisisNET finds, formats and exposes crisis data in a simple, intuitive structure that’s accessible anywhere. Now developers, journalists and analysts can skip the days of tedious data processing and get to work in minutes with only a few lines of code.
Our session is a practical, interactive introduction to using the CrisisNET platform, from building an API query to basic visualization. The goal of the panel is that by the time the session ends, participants will be familiar with a new source of data for their work.
Jonathon is a technologist and entrepreneur focused on building software systems for data science and data journalism. He's co-founder of CrisisNET, founder of Good at the Internet, and CTO of SATrails.
